Bike riding

One beautiful Saturday afternoon, we decided to head over to the church's parking lot to let the boys ride their bikes till their hearts were content. They don't ride them as much at home because of our driveway, it is too steep and short. Not to mention people come around the corner way too fast for my liking to have our novice bike riders that close to the road. I was hoping to take their peddles and training wheels off and use the bikes as "balance bikes". But we forgot the tools we needed so they just rode and had a ball. About an hour into it, 2 cars showed up but the boys kept riding and riding and riding. It was a wonderful day! And only one slightly skinned knee to show for it.
