Dreamcicle cake

Just because I'm in a recipe sharing mood, I wanted to share this with you since I made this today. I thought tonight was Jacob's Blue & Gold dinner for Cub Scouts, and nope it wasn't. So I brought the cake home and called my neighbor to give them half. So I hope they like it, but here is a picture of the rest of it. And if you remember what the dreamsicle popsicle taste like and liked them then you will like this. Now before you say I don't like this I don't like that, try it. I'm not big on coconut but I like this. So I hope you try it and enjoy it.
I'm not a photographer so this is what you get, and yes that is my fingerprint. Since I was gonna eat it I thought it was ok.

1 box orange cake mix
1 pkg (3 oz) Orange jello
1 pkg (3 oz) Vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 cups milk

Blend together all ingredients in large bowl. Beat on high for 3 minutes. Divide batter evenly in three greased (9 in.) cake pans or one (9X13 in.) pan. Bake in oven (350 degrees) for 25-30 minutes. Cool, punch holes in cake layer. Spread filling mixture over cake, then spread topping on.

FILLING

Mix all together
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 (15-1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 pkg (6 oz.) frozen coconut (Save 1 cup of filling for topping)(I looked for frozen and couldn't find it anywhere so I just used the bag)

TOPPING

1 8oz container of cool whip
1 cup filling, mix together
Spread on cake

NOTE: Better served a day old.

I actually cooked it for about 50 minutes but your oven my be a little different then mine. I think maybe someone wrote it down wrong. If you do try it let me know what you think.
